I was banking on the power of suggestion with today's outfit to bring out some sunshine and better weather. It worked so well the winds picked up and it continued pouring all day. I'll have to step up my game next time and go full out with the General Mills cereal commercial sun costume. If you don't know what I'm talking about then you're probably normal. And now as I'm labeling the picture, I'm thinking I should have titled this blog an ode to Target. Oh well. I'll save that for another day.
